PORTFOLIO: MID-WINTER WOOLLY REPAIR SHOP
The Mid-Winter Woolly Repair Shop was a social design event conceived and hosted by Poesy & Praxis and Bean Again at Novo Coffee’s roasting facility in Denver, CO. Community members celebrated repair by patching their moth-eaten, torn and over loved woolly goods. Groups of friends and families stopped by to learn needle felting skills and enjoy a cup of joe (sometimes with colorful sugary syrups added in). Poesy & Praxis designs interactive, social experiences for cultural institutions and brands.
PORTFOLIO: DENVER COMMUNITY MUSEUM
The Denver Community Museum (DCM) was a temporary, pop-up museum which ran from October 2008 – April 2009 in an unused storefront in downtown Denver. The museum was conceived of and organized by Jaime of Poesy & Praxis. For more information about the project visit the DCM’s website.
